What'd you mean by a ref/desc? Does it matter if we are bad artists and we offer 10 sketches?

Anyway...If this is okay, can I get:

Size: 1024x768 (or less :P)
Image: Charizard playing baseball. Preferably fielding...here's an example...[link]
